What Is Your Production Lead Time?
Everything we produce is Made to Order, and we truly value each and every order we receive. Our team works hard to ensure your items are created with care and quality, and we always aim to complete production within 2–4 working days.
During especially busy times or promotional periods, it may take a little longer — but please know that we’re doing our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
While your order is being made, the status will appear as 'Awaiting Fulfilment' or 'Order Confirmed'. Once it's completed and passed quality control, the status will update to 'Shipped', and you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

Do you ship Internationally and what’s the timeline to arrive?
Yes, we ship Internationally daily! EU should arrive within 3-5 working days and other ROW destinations within 4-10 working days. We use International Signed For which requires a signature on delivery.
Please note: When you buy online from another country/outside of the EU, VAT must also be paid, just as if you ordered goods that are already located within your country/EU, we do not collect these on our side. Therefore your postal operator or courier may collect the VAT from you on delivery along with any duties owed.
