Force Wear clothing is built to be worn. Following these simple care instructions will help protect the fit, colour and printed artwork for as long as possible.

Always check the care label inside your garment. Where its instructions differ from this general guide, follow the garment’s sewn-in label.
Printed T-Shirts and Clothing
Before washing, turn the garment inside out. This reduces friction against the printed design and helps preserve its colour and detail.
Wash at 30°C on a gentle cycle with similar colours. Use a mild detergent and avoid bleach, harsh stain removers and fabric softeners.
Do not overload the washing machine, as excessive friction can damage both the fabric and print.
Remove the garment promptly when the cycle finishes and reshape it while damp.
Hoodies and Zipped Garments
Fasten zips before washing and turn the garment inside out. Check that pockets are empty and secure any cords where possible.
Wash at 30°C with similar colours using a gentle cycle.
Reshape the garment after washing and allow it to dry naturally. Avoid hanging heavy wet hoodies in a way that may stretch the shoulders or distort their shape.
Drying
For the best results, allow Force Wear clothing to air dry naturally.
Do not tumble dry unless the garment’s individual care label specifically permits it. High temperatures can shrink fabric, weaken fibres and cause printed designs to crack, peel or fade.
Keep coloured garments away from prolonged strong sunlight while drying, as this may cause fading.
Ironing
Check the garment’s care label before ironing.
Turn printed garments inside out and use a low temperature. Never place an iron directly onto printed artwork, logos, transfers or embroidered details.
Do not use steam directly over a printed design.
Stain Removal
Treat stains as soon as reasonably possible.
Blot the affected area gently rather than rubbing it aggressively. Avoid applying bleach, solvents or strong stain-removal products directly to printed artwork.
Test any stain-removal product on a small, hidden area first and follow the product manufacturer’s instructions.
Embroidered Products
Wash embroidered garments inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C, unless the sewn-in care label states otherwise.
Do not pull loose threads. Carefully trim any isolated loose end rather than pulling it further.
Do not iron directly over embroidery.
Preserving Colour and Print
To keep your Force Wear garments looking their best:

avoid washing them unnecessarily;

use cooler, shorter wash cycles;

keep them away from rough or abrasive items;

do not leave damp garments bundled together;

avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight; and
-
store garments clean and completely dry.
Some gradual fading and ageing are natural with repeated wear and washing, particularly on cotton garments and distressed-style designs.
Natural Shrinkage
Garments containing cotton may experience a small amount of natural shrinkage, particularly if exposed to high washing or drying temperatures.
Washing at 30°C, reshaping while damp and air drying will help minimise this.
Product-Specific Instructions
Some Force Wear products may use different fabrics, finishes, printing methods or decorative components.
Always follow any product-specific care information shown on the product page or sewn into the garment.
